1. Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
    • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
    • Packaged in its original box, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, as well as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in a condition not meeting the eligibility criteria may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

3. Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Deduction: If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund total.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luxeprestigee.com.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@luxeprestigee.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

6. Exchanging Items

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
